Meet Our Team

Kim Heidinger is the Executive Secretary for The INN. She is currently employed by Eden Health Care Services as a Housing Support Worker in Steinbach. She is a long-time Steinbach community member who has been a teacher, mental health advocate, peer support worker and counsellor. She has interacted with people living on Steinbach’s streets and witnessed the need for services for our neighbours who are homeless. Previously, she has served on the board of the Steinbach Community Drama Club and Phoenix Cheer Athletics where she was actively involved in the planning and opening of a new cheer gym in southern Manitoba.
