Welcome to The INN

Welcome to The INN

Welcome to The INN, a sanctuary of compassion in Steinbach's heart. As a Transitional Housing Project for those experiencing homelessness, we offer more than immediate access to low-barrier housing – we provide a path to stability and hope. Every individual receives respect and care, embodying our commitment to dignity and inclusivity.

At The INN, residents are offered a warm bed, nursing care and essential amenities. However, we're more than a temporary home; we're a community hub where residents access supportive resources and connect with local outreach programs, fostering a journey toward a sustainable future.

Services at The INN

Services at The INN

The INN is more than just a place to sleep. We provide immediate and low-barrier housing for up to 18 months that includes nursing care. The goal is to help residents find safe, sustainable housing as soon as possible. This includes using diversion strategies for anyone who comes from out of the region or whose previous living arrangements may be reconciled. All residents of The INN will be encouraged to access community programs of their choosing, including housing, wellness, employment, mental health and addiction recovery, as well as cultural and/or spiritual support.
