Meet Our Team

Darlene Siemens and her partner Pat have called Steinbach their home for over 25 years. As a Community Mental Health and Addictions Clinician, for the past 17 years, Darlene provides therapy to children and teenagers as well as supports parents. She sees firsthand how mental health and addiction affects homelessness. Her wish is to advocate for and help those in need. Over the years, she has volunteered on numerous Parent Advisory Councils, Drug Awareness Committees, Suicide Prevention Committees as well as 10 years on the Board of the Steinbach Family Resource Center. Darlene and Pat enjoy spending time with their two teenagers. She is the Director for Community Engagement.
